Morningside Sports Club which was opened on 16 October 1954 by E.C.Wilks M.E.C. has several Bowling greens (the bowling greens are not in use for lawn bowls, but are available to hire as a venue) and tennis courts. The club also has facilities for functions and catering. The club is situated in the heart of Morningside residential area.
The Morningside Sports Club offers a central social, cultural and sporting hub for the Morningside neighbourhood. The Morningside Sports Club offers a hall with a bar & kitchen, tennis courts, a gym & running club and is reinventing itself as a gathering place for all in the surrounding Morningside community.
Here at MSC, we provide a meeting point for our neighbourhood, opportunities for social, sporting and recreational interaction and a green lung in the heart of Morningside.
